Day 36

Today was an awesome day, I spent a ton of the time at Mr.Smiths shop working on the CNC mill, I really wish I owned one, I don't think I would ever go outside! Besides making parts, back at the shop, the already made parts were divided up into subsystems, so when we get our sheet metal we can start putting stuff together. Things are flowing nicely and I hope we can keep up the pace! Here are some pictures from today.

We took some of the gears we did yesterday for a tumble to give them a nice smooth finish!

The CNC mill program map that I helped program, this was for the Delrin motor mounts.

The only thing I don't have a close up picture of is the feet for the awesome bar, they were drilled on the CNC mill and I did the chamfer on Bridgeport. Tomorrow we will be doing more machining and planning, things are really coming together!
